Sledgehammer is currently seeking Portland- and Seattle-based companies to donate to the prize package for these talented—and brave!—writers.
Possible donations:
• Prize items from Northwest creatives—jewelry, art, books, or anything else you create!
• Gift certificates or coupons to local restaurants
• Gift certificates or coupons for services such as massages, Web design, graphic design, etc.
• Memberships to local writing and other creative organizations
• Entrance to local creative events
• Money (Cash is always a welcome prize!)
• Your location as a writing prompt stop
• Any other products, services, or perks that fit your company’s style
Sponsor Tiers:
20-Pounder: Total donation worth $500 or more
12-Pounder: Total donation worth $250-$499
8-Pounder: Total donation worth up to $249
As a Sledgehammer sponsor, you get:
• Inclusion in our all-Portland-and-Seattle-media publicity campaign targeting TV, radio, and print media.
• Acknowledgment in the print version of the top six stories, to be distributed at Wordstock 2009.
•20-Pounders will receive ad space in the print version.
• Acknowledgment and a link on our Web site and other social networks.
• 20-Pounders’ logos will be displayed on our Web site.
• Visibility at all Sledgehammer and Indigo events, including the readings in Portland and Seattle, Wordstock Festival of the Book, Ink-Filled Page 2009 launch party as well as further readings and events TBA.
